The open-width machine series is developed to improve the knitting quality of high-elastic knitted fabrics, covering most of the company's single-jersey, double-jersey and jacquard machines. The double-jersey fine-gauge open-width machine with 4.1 system per inch adopt 2 track design for both cylinder and dial. High knitting system quantity make high production is the key advantage. It is specialized in knitting fine-gauge double jersey fabric with spandex which uesed wildly for swimwear, underwear, yoga clothes, sun protection clothes, etc.
Use the electric fabric take down system device to roll the fabric synchronously. The winding tension is balanced and uniform,so pull marks and creases are not easy to appear. The fabric take-up rod adopts the outer casing type, which is easy to be take out. The fabric take-up rod has both active and passive winding functions, which can prevent creases caused by the cloth being too small to be tensioned.
When knitting plaid, fleece, and twill fabrics, electronic fabric take down system can also be set to keep the length of all rolls of fabric same.
Suitable raw materials: cotton, chemical fiber, blended yarn, real silk and artificial fur.
