On November 3, the National Science and Technology Award Conference was held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, and the "high-performance seamless weft knitting intelligent equipment creation and industrialization" project jointly declared by Fujian Baiyuan Intelligent Equipment Co., LTD. (formerly Quanzhou Baiyuan Machinery Technology Co., LTD.) and Zhejiang Science and Technology University won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2020. The project of "Creation and Industrialization of high-performance seamless weft knitting intelligent Equipment" mainly focuses on the research of key technologies of intelligent production in knitting digital workshop, the development of universal knitting intelligent control system platform, the development of intelligent drivers for typical execution devices of knitting machinery, and the design of information management system platform of knitting digital workshop based on cloud services. Develop workshop data acquisition server software and terminal application software as well as information model analysis and compiler, prepare the industry standard of knitting equipment intelligent control system, and standardize the digital workshop networking communication protocol and intelligent control technology.
